• A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your EBOO therapy appointment
• The remaining 80% balance must be paid before or on the day of treatment
• Payment confirms your slot reservation and covers administrative, preparation, and equipment sterilization costs

3. Pre-Treatment Guidelines

• Be well-hydrated (drink 2-3 liters of water day before treatment)
• Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before treatment (do not come on empty stomach)
• Avoid alcohol 48 hours before treatment
• Discontinue blood thinners 24 hours before treatment (only with doctor’s approval)
• Get adequate sleep night before treatment

Appointment Scheduling

2. Appointment Changes

• Cancellation 7+ days before: 80% refund (20% deposit forfeited)
• Cancellation 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund
Luxury Retreat Package (₹1,75,000 / ₹2,50,000):
• Cancellation 14+ days before: 80% refund (20% deposit forfeited)
• Cancellation 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund
Medical Emergency Cancellations:
• Full refund minus administrative charges (₹5,000) with valid doctor’s certificate
• Medical certificate must be submitted within 48 hours of cancellation
Refund Processing:
• Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunded to original payment method
• Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from refund amount
EBOO Therapy is NOT recommended for:
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Patients with severe anemia (hemoglobin <9 g/dL)
• Active bleeding or clotting disorders
• Severe cardiovascular conditions (uncontrolled)
• Recent heart attack (within 3 months)
• G6PD deficiency (enzyme disorder)
• Hyperthyroidism (uncontrolled)
• Recent major surgery (within 4 weeks)
• Active cancer undergoing chemotherapy (consult required)
Physician reserves the right to:
• Refuse treatment if contraindications are present
• Postpone treatment if patient’s health status is unsuitable

• Total appointment time: Express - 90 minutes; Luxury - 24 hours
• Patient must remain lying down and relaxed during procedure
• Mobile phones allowed but must be on silent mode
• No eating during treatment (water permitted)
• Medical team will monitor continuously
2. Post-Treatment Care
Patients must:
• Rest for 15-30 minutes after treatment before leaving
• Drink plenty of water (minimum 2-3 liters) in next 24 hours
• Avoid alcohol, sugar, processed foods for 48 hours post-treatment
• Avoid intense physical activity for 24 hours
• Get adequate rest
3. Temporary Side Effects (Normal Healing Response)
Some patients may experience:
• Mild fatigue or tiredness (detox response)
• Slight headache (hydrate well)
• Increased urination (body detoxifying)
• Temporary energy fluctuations
• Mild flu-like symptoms (rare, lasts 12-24 hours)
